38th District Court

The 38TH District Court is located at 216101 Nine Mile, Eastpointe, MI 48021, and has one judge the Honorable Carl Gergs III. The State is divided into judicial districts, each of which is an administrative unit subject to the control of the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan. The 38TH District Court Division was established by the State of Michigan to render judicial decisions for the citizens of the City of Eastpointe.
