The 19th District Court, located at 16077 Michigan Ave. Dearborn, MI 48126 is served by three Judges,the Hon. Sam Salamey, Hon. Judge William C. Hultgren and the Hon. Judge Mark W. Somers. A Magistrate appointed by the Judges, assists with Informal Hearings on Civil Infractions, Arraignments on Ordinance cases and Hearings on Small Claims.The District Court has jurisdiction of all City Ordinance violations and State Law Misdemeanors. The Court also conducts Preliminary Examinations of Felony Case.
